This early medieval château from the 11th century, once a seat of the Knights of the Order of the Templar is situated on a hilltop and includes 120 hectares of beautiful land. The countryside here is still very pristine, and bursts with wildflowers in the spring and summer. Nestled around one side of the château is a small, moat-like lake. Very well appointed, high-end luxury flat right in the best area of Paris with so many points of interest close by. This flat is large and comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults, with a special feature of having a second half-bath (WC & sink) near the living room for those using the sofa bed. This is great a convenience and provides independence for two couples or a family

This beautiful place has a nice “WOW factor” from the moment you enter and see the rich marble and high-tech kitchen, with a shinning stovetop extractor and specialty ceiling lights. There is lots of rich wood and marble, many floor to ceiling mirrors, with gorgeous decorations throughout, such as leather club chairs in the sejour. The entire shower area is made of a rich colored Italian marble, with high quality accessories. The kitchen is sure to please and satisfy just about any serious cook, or those who wish to simply do lite-cooking and meal preparation.

This special apartment has many high-end features like an electrical mechanism for hanging –up clothes that actually plays music while in motion (you must see it to believe)! And how about three separate ovens? One is normal convection oven, the second is a microwave, then the third is a vapor-type steam oven/cooker for Chinese or Asian style cooking (or other styles as well). Set on the ground floor of a very quiet courtyard (recessed far back off the street), the apartment has several plants and shrubs just outside the windows, providing a private and secluded feeling. All the windows have electric sliding iron shutters (for both black-out of light at night and excellent security) which operate with just a flick of a switch. The apartment, with just over 45 square meters (about 490 sq ft), feels large and has a bedroom in the back part of the apartment, a large open kitchen with a small dining area having a table with four chairs for dining, plus a large living room. This great area is Paris at its best, as the property owners themselves often say. You have a sheer plethora of food shops, tempting bakeries, tantalizing cheese shops, colorful and exotic fruit and vegetable stands, plus a different café or restaurant to choose from everyday you are in Paris - even if you stay a month! Many Parisians come to this area for the specialty boutiques, where shopping is such a pleasure with dozens and dozens of shops and stores to choose from. And within only a few minutes stroll you have the Eiffel tower itself, with its expanse of garden and park at its feet where you or all the family can enjoy picnics, pony rides, puppet shows, merry-go-rounds or just trying to find that special undiscovered angle from where the Tower has never been photographed! It is only a 5-7 minute walk away. Or walk about 4 minutes to the Rue Cler area, famous for its Market Street atmosphere where the farmers display their produce and fresh foods in such a delightful fashion and of course we must add that everything everything tastes as good as it looks!

You are only a 10-12 minute walk to the Invalides area with many War Memorial Museums and just another couple of blocks further is the Rodin Museum with its outdoor beautiful gardens as well. Or head over to the river Seine and cross the most beautiful bridge in Paris, the Pont Alexander III, made famous in several movies - watch for the white limos and wedding gowns who use this romantic back-drop to take the blissful marital-day pictures! Another great feature is the close proximity of the metro station, which is only a few minutes walking, or we highly recommend you jump on bus 69 just outside your door, which is recommended by European travel guru, Rick Steves, which goes along the river banks right through some of the most beautiful scenery in Paris.
